About Us

I  have lived in northern Michigan most of my adult life.  I love it up  here.  But I never really appreciated it until I found my passion.   Photography.  I love it all.  From landscapes,  sunsets, wildlife to  taking  a family photo in one of the  beautiful settings that surround  us.  I love to cycle, hike and kayak.  Basically anything outdoors.  Which I always have  a camera with me.

       I am the mother of 3 sons and have 4 grand kids.  Whom all live  near me.  They mean the world to me.  Being a mom has been my greatest  treasure in life.     You will see some of their photos I've taken on  this site.

       I have owned a floral business (Kalkaska Floral and gifts) for over  30 years, which has allowed me to use my creativity.  I am hoping to  not only do your wedding flowers, but I would love to be your wedding  photographer as well.    I love being a photographer in Kalkaska and the  surrounding areas.  I have a photography studio  located at 314 S.  Cedar st.  Downtown Kalkaska.  Right inside my floral shop.   It  also allows me to get those creative juices flowing.  It's nice having  all those props at my fingertips.  I feel so fortunate to be able to  have this studio.  Nothing like being able to work at doing what I love.
